Project Implementation 1 • I) Regional Workshops – • A) Build a Database as Repository for Knowledge Sharing • B) Identify existing information from other organisations, understand current situation, prepares workshop materials, conduct workshop, draft revise documents, agree final outcome proposals for regional guidelines on ICT policies, based on best practices & country experiences • II) In-Country Assistance - Transposition of outcome into national policies, laws & regulations, including capacity building
