Arkansas State Board of Public AccountancyOnline Renewal Process • 2009 License Renewals will use an online, internet-based process. • Some licensees previously used the new process toward the end of the 2008 renewal period. • All name changes must be submitted in writing to the Board, with appropriate legal documentation – you cannot change your name through the online renewal process. • If you answer “Yes” to any moral character question related to current pending action or previous legal actions, suspensions, revocation, etc., the related documentation must be mailed to the Board’s office. • Licensees must pay by credit/debit card and include email address for receipt. Credit card processing fees will apply.

  3. From the ASBPA website, click on the 2009 Annual Renewals button.

Renewal Instructions Read and/or print all instructions and disclosures before logging on Individuals will logon using: Accountant License Number (full number with leading zeros) and Birthdate (MMDDYYYY – no spaces, dashes or slashes) Firms will logon using: Firm License Number (full number with leading zeros) and EIN (i.e. 01-2345678 including the dash) Then, click the button at the bottom labeled Login >> You will only be able to renew your license at the same status you were in 2008. For example, you cannot change to Inactive, if you were not already Inactive in 2008. If you wish to change your license status, you must call the ASBPA office at 501-682-1520.

  11. ASBPA Online Renewal After processing payment, you will receive an email receipt. Until you receive this email receipt, your payment has not been processed. Acceptance of payment does not constitute approval of licensure renewal. All information must be processed by the ASBPA before license cards are mailed. We recommend you print all screens as proof of information entered online. Until you “Proceed to Payment”, you may logout or go “Back” on screens to update information as much as necessary. Once payment processing starts, you will not be able to return to the renewal process without contacting the toll-free number on the top of the screen. You have finished the online renewal process and your license renewal card will be mailed to you!
