Psycholinguistic Theory: A Semantic

Proponents. Originated in the 1960'sBloom (1970), Fillmore (1968), and Piaget (1954)Came about as a result of the semantic revolution in the 1960s and 1970s. This was a transition from a syntactic-transformational analysis (like the Psycholinguistic theory) to a semantic analysis of language.
