Introduction to OMLP in EMEA • What is the Operations Management Leadership Program? • The Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) is a GE Corporate entry-level rotational program providing real world and classroom training to promising early career operations leaders. • Two-year program that allows members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training. • 4 rotations, each lasting 6 months, up to 2 relocations while on program. • Location – GEHC sites throughout EMEA, typically starts at home country site.
