Yes • TDSPs: • Gather Customer Opt Out Lists • Heck No—No AMS meter installed during deployment • Send Notice and Acknowledgement Certified Mail; return receipt requested • If no response from customer within 60 days, install Smartmeter • Customer with AMS meter installed during deployment • Customer contacts TDSP to Opt Out • Notification and Acknowledgement sent within 7 days of customer’s request • Receive Signed Acknowledgement and One-Time Fee Payment

Market Processes: • Send notification of Opt Out Choice to CR within 3 days • MarkeTrak Issue • Send Opt Out effective date within 30 days • 814_20 (meter, AMS Indicator and Load Profile Changes) • Bill new monthly fee • Customer Moves Out—install AMS Meter • Other affected discretionary fees? AMS Opt Out? Yes
