Snippets vs. Assets vs. Includes Snippets editable page-by-page Assets & includes edit once; applies globally Snippets & includes uploaded to system Snippets & includes edited through folder structure Assets edited in Asset Manager Snippets & assets added through WYSIWYG Includes added in XSLs or via templates

  5. Snippets Pre-formatted HTML content inserted on page within WYSIWYG and available for editing

  6. Snippets Users insert pre-defined HTML content Provides content structure • Table • Image & Caption Editable Note: Editing the original snippet will not affect the pages on which the file was inserted

  7. New Snippets HTML-based file • No client-side or server-side code Any user with proper permissions can upload a file to be used as a snippet Administrators review and assign content as snippets
