General Instructions • Please submit formal nominations to: bit.ly/2016Tibbetts. • Nominations (PowerPoint) are due November 14, 2016 at 11:59 PM EDT • Self-Nominations are permissible. • Only slides that are applicable to individual or firm success must be completed for consideration. • Graphics and other means to explain the technology or convey success may be included in the supplemental slides section
