  3. JobWorks: We’ve Changed In 1999… • We did it all in 9 counties of Northeast Indiana: • Staff to the board (first PIC, then WIB) • Fiscal Agent • Operator of programs • Staff size: 45 • Budget: $5 million • Mindset: Content US Conference of Mayors Jan. 25 2007
