  1. Airsoft By Jack Morad Sports and Activities Project

  2. Muscles it uses • The muscles used are the biceps and triceps to lift the airsoft gun, Achilles tendon and the gastrocnemius to run,

  3. How it helps your health • Airsoft mostly helps your health by running. I gets your legs healthier. It also helps your arm muscles because you could be lifting a gun that weighs up to 10-15 pounds. That gets mostly your biceps strongers.

  4. Is your nervous system used? • Yes it is. You feel getting shot by a bb, made from plastic not metal, it does not hurt much. And the bb has a lot of science to it. I will explain later. Bb in picture not actual size

  5. Is the skeletal system damaged while playing? • No. the BB cannot be shot fast enough to penetrate skin.

  6. Equipment • Mask (so you don’t shoot your eye out) • Airsoft gun (DUH!) • BBs • Long clothes

  7. Fun facts! YAH! • Airsoft is very popular in California • The speed of a BB in Airsoft is calculated by FPS, or feet per second • Airsoft guns look a lot like real guns. The only difference is a orange tip on the barrel. • Teams are very common in Airsoft • There are many retailers online and offline(ex. Walmart, Airsplat, Hobbytron)
