  3. No clean fluxes are currently the most preferred fluxes to clean up in electronic devices manufacturing. Most producers have developed and called in their production line to run no small paste. And, they just cleanse the boards they wish to clean, not constantly the boards they maybe need to cleanse. Furthermore, the flux deposits left by no-clean fluxes are harder to remove from PCBs than other changes. Since they are formulated not to be cleaned up, the residues from no clean products can be left on the board in undesirable locations with harmful results on the PCB. That produces a cleaning difficulty if you need to clean off a deposit that was not made to be eliminated.

  4. No clean change and solder deposit on the board depends on the quantity of solids in the product, the kind of gelling agents, and numerous activators in the flux. The changes in most of today's no small pastes include up to 60 percent solids. The lower the total solids, the less deposits on the board. No cleanses, theoretically, consist of lower complete solids so as not to require removal/cleaning.
