BellSouth DataCare IP Telephony Manager for CCME is a Managed Service Offering for the Cisco Call Manager Express and includes Onsite Maintenance, Proactive 24X7 Monitoring & Free Remote MAC for those activities that take 30 minutes or longer (determined on case-by-case basis upon calling the help desk). BellSouth DataCare IP Telephony Manager Express Customer makes 2 choices 1. What response time do they want on their equipment? Onsite DataCare Maintenance (3 options, choose what is right for your customer) • M-F 8x5xNBD (Next Business Day on-site response) • M-F 8x5xSBD (4 hour on-site response objective, (if ordered by 3 p.m. ET ) • 7x24xSBD (4 hour on-site response objective) 2.
