  2. Each county, area office, district office and department have a user ID and password. If you don’t know yours, contact Dwayne Hunter.

  3. Note the “What’s New” at the bottom of the bulleted items!

  4. Each new fact sheet will have the “new” icon for one week.

  5. If you do a search without logging in, you will only get one “hit” per fact sheet. You do not need to log in when doing a search. In fact, it can be quicker and easier, especially if you have a client waiting. Here, the search was for “T-3117.”

  6. If you are already logged in, you will get two “hits” for each fact sheet. Notice the shopping cart beside one of them. That is the one that you can order. The one WITHOUT the shopping cart is the 8.5 by 11 version, and the one you should print out at your office. Again, the search was for “T-3117.”

  7. This is the Advanced Search tool. Click on the “Advanced” word to the right of the search tool.

  8. Here, I am doing an advanced search for “tomato” “disease” and “fungi”

  9. This is the result. The top choice is EPP-7625, Common Diseases of Tomatoes: Part I Diseases Caused by Fungi”

  10. You can always tell where you are in the system by looking at the top of the page directly under the login information. Here, we are in the Health, Food & Nutrition folder, in the Family & Consumer Sciences section, in the Departmental listing, in the Print on Demand part of the site.

  11. You can order multiple fact sheets on one page by clicking on the boxes, then selecting “order” at the top of the page.

  12. You can change the quantity here—and different quantities for each.

  13. Be sure to select “update quantities” after changing them—or your order will revert back to one. You can either go back to the collection to order more, or proceed to checkout.

  14. You may order up to 10 titles at one time, and up to 200 of each. After filling out the information and submitting your order, you do not need to log out of the system to order more fact sheets. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
