Jersey Flyers Swim-A-PaloozaSaturday, September 24, 2011 Lyndhurst Community Pool Here’s how it works: • Swimmers ask for pledges based on total laps completed • 10 and unders…swim for 5 minutes, 11 and 12 year olds…swim for 10 minutes, 13 and overs…swim for 15 minutes • Every bit helps…ask your parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends! • Flat donations gladly accepted • Everyone swims freestyle • Swim your hardest and fastest! • Prizes awarded to the top swimmer in each age group!! • In the event of a tie, winners names will be drawn • All money earned is due to JFAC by Friday, September 30th • Parents…please keep our kids safe… • NO DOOR-TO-DOOR SOLICITATION PERMITTED Name & Age Group: Swim Time: My Number of Laps Goal: • (Example: 10 year old receives pledge of .25 per lap - in 5 minutes, swimmer completes 10 laps and earns $2.50 from one pledge)
