Rhinos are critically endangered due to overhunting driven by the demand for their ivory horns, used in traditional medicine. In the last four years alone, 1,000 rhinos have been hunted, pushing their population to the brink of extinction. To protect these magnificent creatures, we can raise them in reservations and sanctuaries, while also encouraging donations to support their care and protection. Together, we can make a difference and ensure a safe future for rhinos, which can weigh up to three tons.
