  2. Shares • The shares they are looking to purchase are $10 to buy, with a dividend of 50 cents per share each year. The prices are forecasted to rise to $12 in the next 5 years

  3. Bank cash management account • The cash the costello’s would be placed into a bank cash management account. It would pay 4% per year for the next 5 years.

  4. Property • The property bought would be coastal land, a purchase of a property would have the value double within 5 years.

  5. Bank term deposit • An ABC bank term deposit is paying 5% for the next 5-year term.

  6. Trust Account • The western management trust account will return 10% each year for the next 5 years. They invest • 20% property • 20% Australian shares • 20% overseas shares • 20% Government Bonds • 20% Term deposits

  7. Trust Account • Happy management trust will pay 20% each year for the next 5 years. They invest in: • 80% overseas shares • 10% property • 10% australian shares
