  1. Pathfinder Science Camp6th Grade December 9th-11th

  2. Cost and Dates Due The cost of camp is $132 per student. The money is due Friday, November 22nd, 2013. Student packets and permission slips are due Friday, November 15th, 2013.

  3. Grades and Behavior • From now until Friday, December 6th, any student with an F or a suspension will not be allowed to attend camp. • Parent’s will be fully refunded the camp fee

  4. What To Expect At Camp • Adult supervision at all times! • Students will be grouped into cabins they sleep in as well as learning groups. • Groups will be same sex: all boy groups, all girl groups • Each cabin will have teachers and chaperones • Each learning group will have 2 adults • Canoeing, hiking, rock climbing, archery, ropes course, astronomy, campfire, drama

  5. Behavior Contract • Pathfinder Camp has it’s own behavior contract. • Students who do not follow the contract will be sent home from camp.

  6. Parent Health and Safety • Regular medication including OTC meds need a Medication Order filled out. • You cannot use the school form, you need to have your doctor write an order for any medications needed on the trip. • Form is attached.

  7. Student Health and Medical Release Form • Needs to be filled out completely by parent or guardian.

  8. Equipment List • Mandatory gear is mandatory! • Label all items • Do not bring anything of value

  9.
