CUE – Well Ops Policy • The purpose of the CUE Well Ops Policy is to: • Define what is a well Anomaly • Define interfaces/roles and responsibilities of those involved with the Management of wells • Specify the monitoring, maintenance, testing and reporting requirements required for these wells. • Explain the concept of a “Well Integrity Panel” and detail its role and responsibilities.

CUE – What Constitutes an Anomaly • Change in annulus pressure regime. • Failed test of any surface or Down hole valves • Change in the nature of produced fluids (H2S, CO2, sand, etc). • Deferment of a planned well maintenance activity/test. • Conductor centraliser movement as noted during topsides structural inspections or Subsea DSV inspections • Any other failure of the Well Performance Standard

CUE – Well Integrity Panel • The standing members of the WIP shall be represented by the following job functions as a minimum: • Senior Completions Engineer (Chair); • Drilling and Completions Co-ordinator; • Well Services Co-ordinator; • Xmas Tree and Wellheads Specialist; • Production Engineers • Maintenance, Reliability & Integrity Engineer; • Well Examiner • Audit Function of the Assets (asset presents current condition to WIP) • Supplies Technical support as required to the Asset • Facilitates best practise sharing across the assets • Reports to Sr. Management on a Monthly Basis with Trends and issues
