  5. Instructions • 2. Place the plant in the hole • Make sure the top of the root ball is at (or slightly above) ground level. 1. Dig a hole Dig a hole twice as wide and about the same depth as the plant’s rootball. • 3. Fill the hole • Make sure that the soil is in good contact with the plant’s roots.
