  3. Planning: A project's success depends on its planning. An initial meeting with key decision- makers and creative professionals from the industrial general contractor group is held to discuss the vision, logistics, and ultimate outcome of the project. Ideas and directions must be explored collaboratively to produce an exceptional final product.

  4. Design Innovation: Drawings for architectural, structural, and engineering purposes are then created by a competent design specialist. The project parameters, including artistic representations, are typically specified from the ground up in these designs.

  5. Financials: Budgeting and financial modeling should also be part of the pre-construction and design phases. A conceptual estimate is often made during the pre-construction phase, and an actual cost estimate is developed once the design has been finalized.
