Dashboard Update: Industry Network • Established strong, energized Industry Network • Held Inaugural Meeting on Sept. 29, 2010 • Meeting produced numerous successes: • Created excellent momentum & energy • Prayon gave testimonial to meeting attendees & Medical College of Georgia Health, Inc. discussed the impact of their four job profiles • Scheduled to begin three additional job profiles for two separate companies who attended meeting • Survey completed by 75 % of IN Members • Next meeting scheduled for Nov. 17, 2010

Dashboard Update: Home & Core Team • Most recent Home & Core Team Meetings held on Sept. 15, 2010 • Meetings produced numerous successes: • Further engagement of Core Team members to achieve goals – each member assigned to contact five bioscience companies & discuss WR prior to next meeting • Home Team Meeting engaged County & Economic Development leaders; asked for input on how grant can assist them achieve goals • Next Home & Core Team Meetings to take place the first week of December 2010

Summary of Past 90 Days • Held productive Home, Core, and Industry Network Meetings • Collected Industry Surveys – achieved 75% return rate • Offered skills gap training software (KeyTrain or Win) to area High Schools – deadline is Nov. 15, 2010 • Offered GED scholarships to those who earn a GWR Certificate – very successful program • The Medical College of Georgia attended GA Bio Summit in conjunction with Greater Augusta Bioscience Region/Georgia Work Ready – MCG donated booth space to GWR

Plan for Next 90 Days • Hold next Core and Home Team Meetings • Further engage members to assist with having private industry use Work Ready • Hold next Industry Network Meeting – conduct collaborative training exercise with members • Order and deliver skills gap training software to High Schools who take advantage of offer • Work with Education Liaison on Career Pathways • Will co-sponsor a “Greater Augusta Bioscience Day” with GaBio & Medical College of Georgia, promoted & organized by GaBio, on Nov. 18, 2010
