Capital Project Planning Process

The Capital Project Planning Process currently faces significant gaps, impacting the alignment of projects with the overall academic mission and campus master plans. Opportunities for input from academic and regional campuses are limited, and the 10-Year Capital Plan lacks integration with the Capital Planning Committee (CPC). This initiative seeks to clarify project pathways, ensure better follow-up reporting, enhance communication with stakeholders, and proactively connect capital planning efforts to the strategic plan. Strengthening these processes will ultimately facilitate informed decision-making and resource allocation.
