  13. Type “cdpaccess.com” in web browser

  14. Log on with “My ICC” user name and password Use email address associated with ICC account not your personal email address

  15. Electronic Voting • Governmental Member Voting Representatives shall register and show picture ID

Electronic Voting • Governmental Member Voting Representatives shall register and show picture ID • Eligible voters will be issued a smart voting clicker • After each proposal the votes will be tallied and the ID of the voter confidentially recorded • One week after the Public Comment Hearing all Governmental Member Voting Representatives will be allowed through cdpACCESS to vote electronically and willbe able to review all testimony and public comments while accessing the ballot • Eligible voters who voted at the hearings can review their vote and change it, butonly the last vote will be counted Note: Smart voting clickers not only record the vote but also the ID of the person voting.

Electronic Voting • Governmental Member Voting Representatives shall register and show picture ID • Eligible voters will be issued a smart voting clicker • After each proposal the votes will be tallied and the ID of the voter confidentially recorded • One week after the Public Comment Hearing all Governmental Member Voting Representatives will be allowed through cdpACCESS to vote electronically and willbe able to review all testimony and public comments while accessing the ballot. • Eligible voters who voted at the hearings can review their vote and change it, butonly the last vote will be counted • Final vote will be tallied after the electronic voting window is closed Note: Smart voting clickers not only record the vote but also the ID of the person voting.

  21. For both “Assembly Vote” and “Government Consensus Vote” • Search and sort through all proposals up for vote • Click on proposal to view information and to vote

Shows full proposal and text of modification, if appropriate • Additional material includes video of testimony at CAH and committee results • Voters will only be shown appropriate voting options, all four shown here as examples • No voting results will be shown until after voting period • Vote can be changed until voting period over

Shows full proposal, including as submitted and as modified versions • Additional material includes video of testimony at CAH and PCH, Modifications and Public Comments accepted and committee results • Voters will only be shown appropriate voting options • Voting results shown as above, but online vote results not shown until after voting period • If voter cast a vote at PCH, it will be shown as above and if vote changes, only final version will be recorded.

  24. Completion of the code cycle results in a new edition of the code
