Issues Raised by Attendees • The lack of a detailed agenda, coupled with the lack of slides in advance of the meeting meant that those attending were unable to prepare or absorb the large amount of information, nor were they necessarily able to ensure that the most suitable people from their organisations attended. • The quality of detail was lacking • The NIPP issue was a proper subject for network experts, not billing experts.
