  6. I. Evaluation of You/Your Program Assess collaboratively with your principal

  7. Use the Evaluation Rubric to assess your program. • Select 2 or 3 areas for improvement and formulate these into school-aligned goals. • Use these goals to fill out the Growth Planand upload on the HESLP wiki 7

  9. Develop a school-UIP aligned Growth Planand upload to CO SL Growth wiki • Final product that shows measurable evidenceof how you met your goals • Principal commits to 8 hour release time, and gets wiki link of outcomes • Personalized professional growth in 2-3 rubric areas with help of your peers

  11. Rigorous Process with Higher Rewards CDE Commissioner

  12. Two letters of recommendation (one from principal or direct supervisor) • Your school-aligned “Growth Plan” • A link to your library website • Multimedia Presentation (3 minutes)
