Schedule and Project Investment • Schedule: Complete engagement by September 5th • Engagement Fee:$15,000 • 50% payable upon commencement and 50% upon presentation of deliverables • Growthink option to invest fees into Sleuth at a mutually agreed upon valuation • BONUS: 50% credit on all fees paid against future advisory work performed for Sleuth by Growthink and / or GT Securities • Fund-raising • Ongoing corporate development / “general contractor” (management of vendors) • Other services as appropriate
