Sleuth’s Challenges Now • Better understanding of the Company’s market competitive environment: • Geographic Need: By county / city size • Product Need: By IT sophistication • Performance Need: By pressing “pain point” • Building on the above, develop a more effective marketing and sales plan for the Company via: • Industry event attendance • 1099 “Outsourced” vs. full-time salespeople • Telemarketing • Thought Leadership: • Direct Mail / Newsletters • Webinars • Other!

  4. Schedule and Project Investment • Schedule: Complete engagement by September 5th • Engagement Fee:$15,000 • 50% payable upon commencement and 50% upon presentation of deliverables • Growthink option to invest fees into Sleuth at a mutually agreed upon valuation • BONUS: 50% credit on all fees paid against future advisory work performed for Sleuth by Growthink and / or GT Securities • Fund-raising • Ongoing corporate development / “general contractor” (management of vendors) • Other services as appropriate
