Aluminium Pressure Die Casting in Pune

Aluminium Pressure Die Casting in India is forced under pressure inside the mould during aluminium pressure die casting. Pressure die casting can be divided into two types based on the amount of pressure used. Reduced Pressure High Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) Aluminum Components of a cold chamber pressure die casting apparatus for die casting (HPDC) By their names, it should be clear that the HPDC method applies more pressure than the LPDC process. However, the two processes don't employ the same machinery. For more details visit our website today http://www.advancetechnologies.co/aluminium-pr

  1. Aluminium Pressure Die Casting in Pune | India Aluminium Pressure Die Casting in Pune | India is an effective and economic way to produce components from aluminium alloys. Also known as high pressure die casting or hot-chamber die casting, this method of manufacturing involves injecting molten metal into a steel mould, or die, at very high pressure to produce components with intricate shapes and high levels of accuracy and repeatability. Process: In aluminium pressure die casting, molten metal is injected into a die using high pressures. This can be a very complex process, as the moulding procedure involves precise coordination of several variables. The process starts with a steel mould, which is specially designed to accommodate the metal injection. The mould is preheated to a specific temperature, which ensures that the metallic material does not cool before it sets. After preheating, the mould is opened and molten metal is injected into it using a special injection machine. The pressure of the molten metal forces the metal to fill the mould cavities evenly and completely. As the metal starts to solidify, a cooling process helps to harden the die casting material further and completes the part.

  2. Advantages : Aluminium pressure die casting offers a lot of advantages compared to other manufacturing processes, such as traditional machining and other casting techniques. High yielding strength – Finished components have a high yielding strength, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. Cost-effective – Pressure die casting is an economical method of production, which can save production costs. High repeatability – Parts produced via die-casting are highly repeatable, allowing for more accuracy and precision. High levels of detail – Parts can be produced with very intricate details and complex shapes due to the pressure die casting method. Durability – Pressure die-cast components are highly durable and can withstand heavy usage. Contact :- +91 9552593936 Address :- Plot No.9 & 10, WMDC, Ambethan Road, Kharabwadi, Chakan, Pune-410504.
