  2. Elevator Pitch If you meet someone in an elevator, what do you say before the doors open again?

  3. The Team Who is on your team? What skills could other people provide to supplement your abilities? Head Manager: Terrell Lewis Store Manager: Jaylen Smith Terrell brings a good load of communication skill, while I’m good for managing money.

  4. The Problems What problems exist that your business solves? People don’t read much on a regular basis. And creating another book store could help change that cause.

  5. The Solution How do you solve the problems? Finding books that young people can relate to or find interesting and have older books for the grown adults to enjoy.

  6. The Technology What technology will you use and for what?  (i.e. Twitter/Facebook to spread news about events) We would be using Facebook to help spread the event of enjoying reading a book.

  7. Business Model Answer how will you make money and how much will you charge? We will make money buy selling books, movies, candy, toys, and comic books.

  8. Marketing Plans How will you sell your services to people? Carefully meet them with a cheerful greeting, ask if they are interested in anything if so tell them about a book that you are very interested in and see if they would enjoy it.

  9. Competition Who is the competition and why are you better? Our only competition is dealing with Books A Million. Our business is better because we have a more wider range of books for young and old people. We have all the little books for young babies that your parents use to read to you when you were a small child.

  10. Current Status/Milestones What have we got so far? What dates do we want to hit?

  11. Financing Goals Do we need money to start this?  How much?  Do we need to raise it? No we don’t need money to start this company and we don’t need to raise it either.
