Implemented • CO 313: Use of SDX Common Names in IDC • CO-321: Data Interface for TLR CMR Report Data for SPP • CO 324: Change in Default TLR Start Time for TLR 3B and 5B in IDC TLR Issuance Window • CO-325: Changes to TLR Event History Display • CO 327: Creation of TAP Pseudo BA in TVA. • SDX CO 07: SDX File Daily Load Time Conversion • BOF CO 10: Temp Flowgate Validation

  4. Development/Testing • CO 320: Set PGEN for Base Loaded Units to Effective Pmax for NNL *** Will be implemented on October 4th *** • CO 322: PFV Generation Priority Submissions • CO 328: Intra Hour Tag Curtailment • CO 329: Load Adjustments at the time of TLR 5 Issuance.

  5. DRAFT/Evaluation • CO 326: PFV Metrics • CO 330: Authorization of OATI Use of IDC Data for DOE Studies • CO 331: IDC Interface to NAESB WebRegistry

  6. Other Items • IDCWG and OATI will be drafting a CO 283 summary write Up. • A Request for Initiation of a NAESB BP Standard regarding TLR 5B re-allocation logic is drafted.

IDCWG Update • GTL Calculation Testing – • Calculation Testing Sessions: • Test Plans Developed For GTL Calcs Prior To Test Sessions • Test sessions at OATI Offices on May 12th. • Group Is Expected To Have Finished most of the Calculation Testing during the October Meeting. • Results: • No Outstanding Variances • Functional Testing Completed • CO-283 Developed As Specified Pending Required Changes For The Recently Reached BPS PFV Permanent Solution.

  10. IDCWG Update • GTL Data Submission – • Full Data Load Submission: • Data Is Submitted but NOT at full Rate yet. • Issues With Data Mapping and Data Validity Remain But Enhanced. • OATI Will Address Implementation Issues As They Arise

IDCWG Update • Change Order 283 Status – • IDCWG Approved CO-283 As Implemented On November 1 2010 • GTL Logic Has Been Implemented onto Production IDC. • Most Entities Are Submitting Data to Development Site ONLY Due To System Limitations. • IDCWG discussed the coordination of submitting data to both Testing and Production environments.

IDCWG Update • IDCWG • Resolved Data Confidentiality Issues Related To GTL Data During Last IDCWG Meeting In January. • Resolved The Generation Priority Submission Issue. • Calculation Testing Is In Progress By Entities. • PFV Metrics Change Order Has Been Revised Several Times By The Group. The draft will be presented to the ORS.
