6th AWIS General Meeting

Join us for the upcoming AWIS General Meeting on December 4th at 5:45 PM in 165 Willard. Don't forget to pick up your fundraising order forms in box 319 Boucke; all items are $6.00 and due by 5 PM on Tuesday, December 2nd. Checks should be made payable to AWIS. Voting is now open for officers - President: Brittany Barker, Vice Presidents: Kathleen Creppage and Teresa Gruchacz, Secretary: Michelle Ostran and Brittany Kitt, Treasurer: Emily Kuiper.   1. 6th AWIS General Meeting President Cima Nowbakht (cxn211)

Fundraising • Order forms can be picked up in 319 Boucke in the AWIS Mailbox • All items are $6.00 • Checks should be made payable to AWIS, not Marianna's • All money and orders are due in the office (319 Boucke) by 5 pm on Tuesday, December 2nd • Orders will be called in on December 3rd by Britt and the orders will arrive on December 10th.

  3. Know the Nominees • For President - Brittany Barker • For Vice President - Kathleen Creppage and Teresa Gruchacz • For Secretary - Michelle Ostran and Brittany Kitt • For Treasurer - Emily Kuiper

  4. Voting is now open • Go the website - www.clubs.psu.edu/up/awis • Vote only once!

  5. Committee Chair Openings • If you are interested in being a committee chair contact a current officer with the chair position you would like • All chairs positions are open (except for Stayover) • Chairs are chosen by the current and incoming officers

  6. Next and Last (cries) General Meeting • December 4th @ 5:45 PM in 165 Willard • We will be giving out the visa cards and shirts
