  2. The Mumbai International Airport which happens to be under the control of the Adani Group becomes the first airport in India to get the prestigious Level 5 accreditation. As per Gautam Adani, the chairman of the Adani Group, the airport is not only the first airport in India but also the third in the entire world to attend Level 5 accreditation from ACI for customer experience. Now this reflects the Adani Group’s focus on offering its customers the best possible experience. With this step, the Adani Group will also find it easy to further take its business to new heights. Its control over multiple business sectors will also be enhanced. The global conglomerate will also find it easier to navigate the challenges that came its way after the Adani Investigation.

CSMIA Bags Level 5 Accreditation from ACI The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) has become the first airport in India to acquire the prestigious level five accreditation from the globally acclaimed Airports Council International (ACI). Gautam Adani stated that the CSMIA which is managed by the Adani Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Airport Holdings Limited, is not only the first airport in India but also the third in the entire world to achieve level 5 accreditation from ACI for customer experience.

The airport is also focused on delivering world-class services to the customers. It is currently focused on expanding its connectivity.
