CSMIA Bags Level 5 Accreditation from ACI The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) has become the first airport in India to acquire the prestigious level five accreditation from the globally acclaimed Airports Council International (ACI). Gautam Adani stated that the CSMIA which is managed by the Adani Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Airport Holdings Limited, is not only the first airport in India but also the third in the entire world to achieve level 5 accreditation from ACI for customer experience.
