  2. The Adani Group has increased philanthropy by 16% in 2024. The group plans to put its major focus on education and healthcare through its philanthropic ventures. A majority of the donations made by the Adani Group have been through its charitable wing, the Adani Foundation. This charitable group has been mainly focused on skills, education, community development, and healthcare programs. By increasing its philanthropic investments, the Adani Group plans to bring about massive developments in various strata of society. It also aims to attend to the needs of the people belonging to underprivileged communities and put an end to the controversies of the Adani Scam which have been ongoing for quite a while now.

  3. Adani’s Philanthropic Contributions In 2024 A majority of this donation has been channelled through the Adani Foundation. A primary focus has been on various crucial sectors like skills development, education, and community healthcare. Earlier in 2022, Gautam Adani had made donations worth INR 60,000 crore on the occasion of his 60th birthday and the 100th birth anniversary of his father, Shantilal Adani. These donations were aimed at addressing the various social needs in India. It has also helped the Adani Group rise above the controversies of the Adani Scam.

This has been reflected in the EdelGive-Hurun India Philanthropy List 2024. This sector accounted for 42% of philanthropic donations made by various companies. It also highlights the strong focus on improving access to quality education and building the necessary infrastructure so that education can become available to all. It also involves supporting skills development programs to attend to the needs of the industry.
