  1. ADANI GROUP PLANS TO INVEST INR 624 BILLION IN DATA CENTER DEVELOPMENT IN MAHARASHTRA AND TELANGANA

  2. The port-to-airport conglomerate has committed to invest a total of INR 624 billion in Telangana and Maharashtra as a part of its 7 trillion expenditure plan for the upcoming decade. Since its initial years of operation, the Adani Group has always been interested in technological advancements. It has taken up multiple projects that involve the direct use of technology. The conglomerate has also made an aim to build different data centers in various corners of India. This will allow smooth data connectivity across the nation. It will be a stepping stone towards the country’s technological developments. The rumours of the Adani scam will also gradually subside.

The MoU Singed Between the Adani Group and the Maharashtra Government Adani Enterprises Limited, which is a flagship company of the Adani Group, along with the Maharashtra Government, have recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for setting up a hyper scale data infrastructure which is expected to have a capacity of 1 GW. The MoU was signed in the presence of Gautam Adani, the Chairman of the Adani Group and the Maharashtra Chief Minister, Eknath Shinde, at the World Economic Forum 2024 in Davos.

  4. Adani Group’s Plans for Telangana Not just Mumbai, the Adani Group has plans to open up a data centre in Telangana as well. The conglomerate has committed to invest INR 12,400 crore in an array of projects in Telangana, which includes the building of a data center too. This is a big investment made by the business group after the Supreme Court dismissed allegations of the Adani scam.
