They can be made higher or lower, have customisable storage access and can be shortened in 3" increments where space is a challenge, they can even have a detachable guest bed fitted inside the base. Headboards can also be customised to your choice of style. Zip and link options, where two single beds are transformed into a king size bed using a commercial grade zip and link system are also popular with our serviced accommodation operators. MEET THE TEAM ADAM CROFT Co-founder With years of combined experience in both furniture and setting up and managing HMO’s and rental properties from scratch, you’ll be in capable hands with the team, who will be more than happy to advise on where you can save money and getting you the best deal. ALEX GLOSTER EDWARD SCARRETT ADAM CROFT Alex has extensive experience setting up and staging HMO’s from scratch and has worked loyally with Adam previously for years as a letting manager. Now head of the installation team, one of the quickest assemblers in the west (Midlands), and a vast knowledge of how to lay out rooms, he’s an invaluable team member to have on site. Edward (Eddy) has been in the furniture trade most of his life. He met Adam whilst Adam was stressed out building fl at pack furniture, whilst trying to source beds for one of his fi rst 7 bed HMO’s on Gillott Road in Edgbaston, Birmingham. Not only did Eddy supply the beds and help with the set up, he also supplied the furniture (pre-assembled) for all Adams HMO’s from that day forth. It was only a matter of time before they teamed up, and now supply switched on Landlords nationwide. Eddy is still very “hands on” and runs a tight ship, overseeing operations run smoothly daily. Adam has extensive experience renting rooms to professional tenants within the West Midlands, mainly around Birmingham. After seeing competition increase with landlord’s year on year, as more and more people are teaching property strategies, and landlords are educating themselves how to achieve higher rents with less voids, Adam identifi ed a need for quality, durable, time saving pre-assembled furniture that looks good. He partnered up with Eddy Scarrett, in order to supply landlords with a great product at a great price. Together they co-founded HMO Furniture.   47. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Returning an unwanted item once delivered, the price will be refunded at our individual item price less 35% repacking and restocking fee. 2. Orders amended less than 5 days after final order confirmation has been issued may result in your delivery date having to be put back. 3. When delivering if one item does not fit and a smaller one is required there will be a £99 plus vat redelivery charge of new item plus any uplift in cost of item if applicable. 4. Please make sure decorators and builders have finished before we start 5. If builders are working on site and you still ask us to deliver the furniture but we are unable to build the items and position the items in the correct rooms, please note your warranty will be void as we cannot be responsible for how your builders move / assemble our products. 6. If we arrive at your property and the property is not ready and we have to return another day there will be a re delivery charge of £400 plus vat as we have lost that van for the day. 7. When using one of our 3rd part finance companies please note 14 days are required from final order confirmation to arrange the finance and deliver / install. 8. Our three year guarantee covers manufacturing defects, not tenant missuse. 47
