  3. Project objectives • the overall objective of this project is to foster a consistent reform process at partner countries universities in line with Bologna declaration and to increase active participation of the universities from the the Region countries in EHEA

  4. Project objectives • 3 specific project objectives: 1. Introduction of the university structure and management reform 2. Improvement of the central university services functioning and capacities (Office for Teaching, Office for International Relations and Department of personnel and organisation) 3. Development and improvement student services capacities (Student services and Student Careers Office)

  5. Outcomes-activities • Retraining and updating of partner university staff members: 1. Workshop of the EU hosting universities 2.6 training sessions at EU universities: 1. Reform of the University governance and management structure 2. How to change management 3. Department of human resources and legal affairs: Organisation and tasks 4. Improving Student services and Setting up Student Careers office 5. Office for Teaching; Organisation and tasks 6. Office for International relations and European Study office

Outcomes-activities • Improving the university management structure and institutional capacity 1. to define position and responsibilities of the central management, central university services and faculties 2. recommendations on improvement of the university management structure 3. Implmentation in the second and third project year 4. 3 Progress workshops will be organised in order to evaluate the progress of the reform process at the partner universities

Outcomes-activities • Improving the University services/ ensuring appropriate quality and efficiency in the provision of the University services • aim to introduce changes in functioning of the university services • recommendations for improving the University services and its functioning will be developed • to create a service catalogue at each partner university- This catalogue identifies the core services an area provides and briefly describes each service

  8. Outcomes-activities • Establishing the Student Careers offices 1. Recomendations on the Office sphere of action and recommendations for further office development 2. We will establish contacts and agreed cooperation with Chamber of commerce 3. The career offices will be fully established in the second and third project year 4. Database on internship and career opportunities created

Dissemination and sustainbility • We will organise 2 information sessions per year at each partner university to represent activities and results achieved during the project realisation • 2 Dissemination conferences: Topic 1: Reform of the central university management structure and governance Topic 2: University services and Student Career Office • Project web site – University of Tuzla • Information leaflet – project objectives, outcomes, outputs, project consortium • Dissemination workshops for the civil sector and industry – at local level • University networking • Meetings with University authorities • Meetings with student organisation

Quality control and monitoring • Procedures for self-evaluation report will be established by the Management board at the first coordination meeting. • project evaluation – self evaluation by partner university staff members - The internal evaluators will prepare evaluation reports each year • Evaluation by the Team for the quality control and monitoringmade up of EU members • Students and teaching staff questionnaire • Evaluation meetings – will be organised together with coordination meetings
