  3. Does not use oven-heating process • Industrial by-products: fly ash, slag, kiln dust & fillers • React chemically when mixed with water & bind together • After chemical reaction, paste is poured into sheets • Uses only 20% of the energy when compared to gypsum drywall method How It Is Made

  4. Termite resistant, contains no organic material such as cellulose or starch • 50% more mold resistant • Generates 60% less dust than drywall, making installation less of a chore • Generates no mercury in production • can be used as a pH additive for soils • Can be safely disposed of • Around $14–$20 per 4 X 8 ft. sheet Characteristics/Advantages
