To create Acrylic Perspex boxes, the following materials are needed: • Acrylic sheet • Stainless steel ruler • x-acto knife • cutting mat • super glue • A thick acrylic sheet is more difficult to cut. Firstly, you have to make sure the l X B of the sheet measures up to 4X 10 inches. Spread this acrylic sheet on a smooth surface while holding the ruler on the sheet where you want to cut it. Makeup to three or four cuts on this acrylic sheet with the help of the ruler.Turn this sheet to its back. Due to the transparency of the sheet, you can see these cuts here. By exerting pressure, you should make three to four deep cuts.With the help of a ruler, try to put pressure upon these cuts. Eventually, the sheet will break automatically along the side of the cuts.You will need one piece for the lower side and four pieces for each side. Spread scrap paper on your flat surface or table. Join these pieces with each other with the help of glue.

Heat the nail or metal stake on a fire. Finally, for the hole, you can pierce its location. Now, you should allow the plastics melted edges to cool down.
