  1. A presentation to January 27, 2011 Exclusive North American Manufacturer of 1

  2. Regulatory Compliance MFStek products are manufactured in-house under Health Canada GMP protocols and also operates under ISO9001 and ISO 14001 standards. The MFStek Regulatory Department works with international regulatory boards to ensure compliance and to secure all appropriate approvals (below), when and where possible. Due to the advanced nature of MFStek nanotechnology surface coatings, Federal Government Departments (i.e. Health Canada, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, United States EPA, EPA DfE and FDA) do not always have published evaluation protocols. When this occurs, MFStek secures compliant approvals and ensures that all products are labelled according to international standards. It is not the intention of MFStek to circumvent any regulatory approvals and make claims that are non-compliant with local or international law. Therefore, the information provided throughout this presentation has been quantified by international 3rd party organizations and when possible Federal Government entities (i.e. DIN, CFIA).

  8. Bacoban Summary Bacoban is a water based daily cleaner and disinfectant that establishes an easy-to-clean nano-thin layer which prevents the adhesion of pollutants. Infused government approved antimicrobial biocides allow the layer to actively destroy germs for 10-days (quantified by third party laboratories). Easy-to-clean Properties Surface Preservation Residual Antimicrobial Effect Closing the ‘Hygienic Gap’

  9. Easy-to-clean Properties Bacoban establishes a nano-scale coating on non-absorbent / non-porous surfaces. The layer renders the surface easy-to-clean via an alteration of surface energy, reducing the amount of time and chemicals required to clean a surface.
