  7. Conditions of Grant • Appoint a Beacon Head Coach • Head Coach to act as Mentor to other WM coaches • Provide Facilities for West Midlands Performance Group • Land Work • Pool Work • Sports Science Athlete Support – Biomechanics, Physio, Nutrition • Increase athlete performance at all meet levels through to international level

  8. Conditions of Grant • Work towards self sustaining without grant • Deliver UKCC Level 1, 2 and 3 courses • Deliver Team Manager courses • Run NPTS Learn to Swim Programme • Increase aquatic participation by 1% per year • Help in forming LTAD with Swim21 club network in area • Fulfil Swim 21 criteria at all levels of club
