  2. Do you know what SaaS is? SaaS stands for Software as a Service and is a way of marketing software and technology solutions as a service. SaaS companies are increasingly present in the daily lives of people and other companies. With a promising and optimistic market, organizations that operate under this business model have experienced very positive revenues.

  3. In the Software as a Service model, billing is recurring — for example, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, etc — and the amount already includes possible maintenance and support expenses. Microsoft, for example, is an organization that has migrated to the SaaS model. Before, in order to have access to the Office package, the user had to buy a license and, via a CD that arrived in the mail or was purchased at specialized stores, the necessary installations were carried out on their machine.
