Our Pricing Model § Our model is different than some of our competitors from Philippines and other countries. § We recruit and train staff to specialize in a jurisdiction – for example our NZ staff are trained in NZ specific accounting software and tax regulations. § We charge an all-inclusive fee per accountant, with no hidden or extra costs for recruitment, infrastructure etc. § We work on flexible pricing models – full or part time accountant for a monthly fee, hourly charges or a fee sharing arrangement based on fees charged by you to your client.

17. Environmental Sustainability We care about the environment and our carbon footprint. In addition to operating a paperless office, in 2018 we installed solar panels (US$ 55k) to ensure our office works mostly on solar power. Our team of 80+ employees mainly use solar power for computers and air conditioning throughout the year, except for a few months in the monsoon season when we do use power from the grid. In fact, we export power to the grid during the summer months.
