Called on a whim because none of the more established companies would be able to help with getting my AC back in working order without at least a weeks notice. I'm so glad I did because the customer service turned out to be untouchable.. I spoke with the owner, Emily, who told me she'd have to call me back. I honestly didn't expect to hear back at all, much less to hear back with the news that they would indeed be able to fix it AND SHE FIT ME IN THAT DAY NONETHELESS! The tech was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable! After the initial problem was addressed, he wasn't satisfied with the air return so he decided to re-check my outside unit and discovered another problem. Usually this would be devastating, however he had already reached out and informed me that his boss was on his way to deliver the part personally so it could be fixed! If anyone has ever found themselves without AC in the midst of South Louisiana's brutal summer temperatures, you understand exactly how amazing it was to have it fixed so quickly! I cannot express my gratitude enough! They've more than earned my business, both now and in the future! Seriously, THANK Y'ALL, from me, the pups, and the baby! Cody and his crew and Emily at Acadiana Comfort are very professional and courteous to your needs. They are quick and tell you exactly what you need. They will work with you and help find the best solution possible for your budget. I highly recommend them. Cody, and his team at ACS, have gone above board for multiple service calls, and proven they care for their customers at their own expense. Tonight was the 4th visit Cody has graced us with, and we are just amazed that we have never been told "I'm too busy," or "I'll try to get to you tomorrow!" The answer it's always "Not a problem, you'll receive a text when I'm in route." Then he shows up, fixes our unit, charges a fair price, gives a firm handshake, and off he goes to fix another family's A/C. Jeez, I wish I could give 500 stars... couldn't be any better! Absolutely the best investment for my home and I will be contacting them for all future HVAC needs. Great service from Acadiana Comfort Systems. They installed a new mini-split, and did excellent work on a coolant leak in our main system. We like them so much we got an annual maintenance contract - gotta stay cool! Update: Just made a maintenance call and Acadiana Comfort tech came out promptly, explained exactly what was wrong and showed me where the leak was bubbling up. I couldn't ask for better service. They made a bunch of calls and found out the parts were still under warranty and saved me a bunch of money. ACS came out to my home to fix my A/C unit and they were extremely professional and did an excellent job!
