CPS Title I Parent Involvement Policy • Provide full opportunities for the participation of parents with limited English proficiency, parents with disabilities and parent of migratory children • Involve parents in decisions about how the one percent of Title I funds are spent • Provide training to LSCs • Communicate information by sending letters home with students, including information on school calendars, newsletters, school website and school marquee • Translate information into the parents’ primary language to the extent feasible
