  2. If you’re unhappy, we want to know about it. We can easily organise another home cleaner for you. However, there are lots of other options we can look at too. It’s not always just a matter of getting a new cleaner. Sometimes it might be a simple matter that the cleaner needs a little bit more training. Or perhaps they are not as good with communication as they should be. It might be a reliability issue and often these things can be worked out. If it’s necessary of course, we can allocate a new domestic cleaner for you. We’ll get somebody else. Sometimes it’s simply just a matter of personalities or something not quite working. We believe in the right fit of the cleaner for the right client.
