Mars and the DC Univers. • Completely Destroyed • Either By a terrible Plague, an invading alien race or the white Martian race, maybe all three. • Now watched over by the sole survivor J’onn J’onzz • Left alone for hundreds of years. (lots of time to think) • Still searches for Martian survivors and a way to bring life back to his now dead home world.

Powers and Abilities • Shape-Shifting, Malleability, Plasticity, Elongation • Invisibility • Phasing • Super Human Durability and Superhuman Strength equal to Superman. • Superhuman Endurance (Can do a great number of things without getting tuckered out) • Regeneration (has before regenerated his entire body from a single severed hand) • Flight/Superhuman Speed • Extrasensory Input (nine different sense) • Longevity (never ever freaking dies) • Super Hearing, Super Breath (hurricane force winds in a can) • Martian Vision ( Put any word in front of vision and he has that kind of vision) • Telepathy (also includes more mind powers then you can handle, and so much more) Including Mayavana (Ability to communicate with and control hundreds of thousands of minds at one time) has communicated with the entire earth multiple times. • Green lantern Ring powers, Black lantern ring powers, White lantern ring powers. • And so much more.

The Manhunter and his past • J’onn J’onzz was one of the first Super heroes and founded the justice league of America, as well as many other leagues and groups of heroes • Originally A detective who would only change into his hero form in times of need the Martian Manhunter has become the watch dog of the world and a universal switch board and organizer for the heroes of the universe. • He is the nearly all knowing guardian of his new home earth.

Acceptance • The Martian Manhunter although a very old hero has never really been seen in the spot light he resides mostly on the side lines watching over the other heroes and helping them with various tasks. • However he still remains a very important and powerful figure in the D.C comic Universe.
