  2. What is this Project about • LEAD is a behavior and thought that stands for "Learn. Excel. Achieve. Drive". • LEAD is a step that will take you forward in your life. It is thought that shows your inner potential. • Lead is way to live happy and innovate! • LEAD is an initiative that will be taken to colleges, to show youngsters what leadership about and build great leaders in field of Arts / science / technology/ business for today and tomorrow in INDIA. Chief AIM: • LEAD is to add value and make this world a better place to live! • LEAD is to develop more LEADers! • This is achieved by creating awareness among college graduates from any discipline. This prudent step in their education will show them how best they can perform on any platform they choose to work. They would innovate and make this world a better place to live. LEAD will help graduates in exploring their passion & mentoring them to do what is right; than doing what is easy. LEAD Today!

Who will this Project help rise • University Graduates in the age group of 18 to 24, & working professionals in any industry, they will get to understand Leadership in early days of their careers. “It is Never Too Late!”, and exhibit the same in Industry. • They will understand the "WHY TO" concept of doing things. The primary need is to build more LEADers in India, increase the thought leadership, better our talent base, People Skills and get this awareness at an early point in their career / lives.

How will this help them rise • They will understand the Laws of Leadership, exhibit it in their daily lives, innovate, take prudent steps for their career, take risks, guide, mentor more people, get results. • Youngsters will be guided to build a great Mind, body and character & Develop confidence. They will have an edge in the global market, they will achieve their personal & business (career) goals, develop a success mindset. • They will be able to respond in situations rather than react, make better choices, leverage themselves, develop a positive attitude & much more…
