  2. How much water is used by a United States citizen each day Around 64.285 gallons of water is used by an American each day, that means the average American uses around 23463.66 gallons a year. The Average Chinese native uses 86 liters a day! This is mainly because most Chinese companies and homes use Outhouses instead of toilets, which are big holes in the ground.

Did you know every time you flush a toilet you waste 1 gallon. It wastes 20 gallons of water by washing the dishes by hand.

Plus, they have more wild species than we do (Cheetah, Tiger, Lion, Zebra ETC.)The people in Asia and Africa also don’t get as much rainfall as we do, which means less rain barrels, which means more droughts.
