This methodology outlines a structured approach for working group sessions focused on key priority topics. Each session begins with an overview of the current state of the art, followed by experts discussing the relevance of the selected themes. Interactive debates will foster a SWOT analysis—Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats—for each topic. A facilitator will summarize consensus findings on a board, enabling productive discussion. Finally, results will be presented by facilitators and rapporteurs to synthesize outcomes and conclude the sessions effectively.

Introduction • Firstly, each of the three sessions should be introduced by a short description on the state of the art for each topic • Secondly, the experts should explain why the three themes have been chosen and why they are a priority issue for the country
Debate • Within each working group, the debate should lead to a SWOT analysis: • For each topic, participants should communicate to the facilitator the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats • The facilitator will then jointly elaborate a sentence on which consensus will be found • Such elaborated inputs will be displayed using a board and stickers (post-it) for debate
Results and Wrap Up • The outcomes of such analysis and debate will lead to the following session: • Working groups results presentation & wrap up • WGs facilitators & rapporteurs of each working group will resume results & wrap up (10 minutes each)
