Agile Project manager (with 20 years of experience) who coaches, guides and drives teams to achieve the unknown and impossible.​I am a super driven Agile Coach, trainer and Agile Project manager where communication and motivation are of utmost importance to me. Even though I have high demands on myself, I also have a hands-on approach to advise and help teams when and wherever needed. Due to my extensive experience in development and management of software applications, I know the challenges to be faced when dealing with deadlines in an IT-department.
