Summary • Euro-DOCSIS cable communication systems have been evolved to support requirements of European cable MSOs • Robust system with large scale deployments • Higher layer protocols for VoIP, etc. due to commercially rolled out on top of Euro-DOCSIS • Further evolution of system required to satisfy MSO demands future service provision
