  3. Current Funding Phase 3 • Fully Funded • Phase 3 final design, permitting, environmental assessment, energy sales agreements, landownership agreements • CATG $210K from DOE requires $210K match • GZ Utility $210K from AEA requires $210K match • GZ $300,000 in reserve

  4. Other Funds & Activities • Alaska Village Initiatives: • Full Financial Analysis and Business Plan • Forest Inventory – TCC Forestry • 5 Year Harvest Plan • GZ Board Training & Business Development • Forest Harvest Training

  8. Construction Funds • Phase 4 - Construction • CATG $990K from DOE requires equal match – NF • GZ $805K from Denali/AEA requires equal match • Total project is $3.6 million • Have $1.795 million – needed $1.8 million • Applied for $2.5 million from AEA Renewable Energy Fund
